DTLA (downtown LA) now has the fast-growing spot called Arts District. It used to be a sketchy area for local artists but now lofts are over $3000 for rent and there are expensive coffee shops here and there. Many warehouse left empty for long time are now being bought by all kinds of developers and there are constructions everywhere. It's not that the area was developed to create the popular vibes for local people and tourists, but the trend of rusty, grungy, industrial styles found a place to bloom. In fact, the main location we shot most of this video, called 6th bridge, was recently demolished to be rebuilt better and new. This video is the record of the old arts district, before taken over by fanciness.
